Conor McElroy’s practice focuses on general civil litigation in various legal specialties. Mr. McElroy’s primary experience has been in the areas of construction defect and employment litigation; in particular representing contractors and subcontractors in contract disputes of both public and private works, pursuing lien, stop notice, and bond remedies for contractors, defending construction defect lawsuits, defending disability access lawsuits and performing site inspections for businesses sued for disability access violations, advising employers on labor and employment related matters in the construction industry throughout California, and representing employers and employees in various employment disputes.

Mr. McElroy has extensive background knowledge of the construction industry and building trades grounded in many years of hands-on experience working for a general building contractor specializing in residential construction, concrete foundations and flatwork in his hometown of Princeton, Wisconsin.
